Busking For Change - War Child Canada’s third annual Busking For CHANGE is back! On International Peace Day, celebrated musicians will be taking their music to the streets of downtown Toronto to help raise money for children whose lives have been torn apart by war. Money collected on site and through online donations will support War Child, an award winning charity that provides humanitarian assistance to children and families affected by war.
In the last year musicians in Toronto, Calgary, Montreal and Vancouver took to the streets to help War Child raise over $100,000 for war affected children in some of the most devastated regions of the world.
Support Raine by sponsoring his efforts and help him reach his fundraising goals because war is no place for a child. - War Child - Busking For Change

Several big names from the Canadian rock scene are among the many big names to show up, including Our Lady Peace's Jeremy Taggart, who invoked the Woodstock spirit when describing the day.

Yet after guitarist Steve Mazur saw Devo playing their first two albums in order in concert last year, he was inspired to get OLP to hit the road to play Clumsy and Spiritual Machines in their entireties.
