I first heard about the OLP/3eb concert while driving to Mickey D's for some dinner. As I was driving I heard the announcer say something about OLP and 3eb in concert in Buffalo, and I started spazzing. At first thought i was like crap, how am I going to get there? Well after asking... well actually begging, my parents, they finally agreed to drive my friends and I, 4 hours just to see one of our fav. bands. Well the second dilemma was getting the tickets...well after waiting a couple of days after they went on sale, my friends and I handed the Ticket Master people $44.47.

Anyway now to the concert. The day of July 11th was hard for my friends and I cause we were too hyper for my parents good. So we got to Darien Lake about an hour before the show, so we just hung around a bit. So we finally went to our seats, which were section 302 seats 11-16 (which were pretty good seats). Eve 6 played first, they were good, but I didn't know most of there songs so it got pretty boring. At around 8:10 ( i forget the actually time) the boys from OLP walked out on stage. Ever since my friends and I decided to go see them, we were planning on taking Canadian Flags, which we did. So as soon as OLP came on stage, our flags were up and waving. I don't quite remember the exact set order, but they sang Naveed, StarSeed, Clumsy, Car Crash, Hello Oskar, 4AM, Superman's Dead, and the Jeff Buckley cover of Eternal Life. They didn't play that long, which was disappointing, but I guess that is what happens when they are opening. Other then the short set and the somewhat crappy sound system, everything went all good. They were awesome as usual, and I wish them luck with the rest of their tour with 3eb, and with the SummerSault tour.
