| August 29- Well we are having a little trouble with the reports for Summersault right now. You may have to wait a little longer. We have pictures and a clip of yourself all ready and set to go. All we really need is more fan reviews. Basically if you were at the Barrie show E-mail us with what bands you saw and a review for whichever one you want (you can do them all if your ambitious). You get put in the draw for OLP bootlegs. Its that easy! The report will definitely be up on Monday. Sorry about the messup. | |||||

August 27- We've been updating like mad lately. Here are the lates fruits
of our efforts. After much thought we've decided to add the Our Lady Peace audio/visual archive to the
site. This will basically be your place to go to hear audio & visual clips of OLP specials and
interviews from
Television and Radio. Please welcome Chris (also known as RaineyDayz)
to the OLP.NET family. In addition to that we will also be adding the archive of reports that we got from
shows on the 1998 US tour. This was going to be called the CONCERT CHRONOLOGY in the hopes of archiving
the setlist from every OLP show a la 5h's coverage of
another band. It will be known as the TOURWATCH ARCHIVE. The Special Presentation section will be
referred to as Tourwatch, which will open periodically as Our Lady Peace tour the new album. thanks for

| August 26- Well, we've returned from
Summersault in Barrie alive and intact! Stacy and I have finally met and
it was quite an occasion to meet. Our Lady Peace did in fact play a new
song. We have sources who call the song "Yourself". We all made some new
friends, (some from Peterborough and some from the corporate monster affectionately
termed SONY). We have sounds pictures setlists and more all coming up in
the next few days in addition to some confirmed rumors. However, we are
all tired and one of us has their world tour planned out for the next few
weeks, so its going to take a while to get everything up and in order.
We appreciate your patience and assure you it will all be worth it! in
regards to the site you can expect to see a concert chronology in the near
future (derived from our loyal and dependable summer reporters) and we have also added
a new section entitled: "Affording the View". We thought this was appropriate,
because we hear from fans every day about their views of shows and band
issues, and we would like our chance to be heard, being the webmasters
of a site has to have some perks. Also Be on the lookout for the Summersault

August 19- Summersault is not only the hottest music
festival ticket this summer in Eastern Canada, but it will also be one of the biggest
charitable contributions made by a canadian band this year. When you go to any of the Summersault shows except for Quebec and purchase a 2$ raffle ticket
and not only will you be eligible
to win autographed CD's, backstage passes, limited edition tickets and T-Shirts etc. You will also be

This article is being carried across Canada by the canadian press. In it he calls Billy Corgan "pretty
pretentious to flatter himself like that" in regards to comments made by
Corgan at their recent I&I; with MuchMusic.

August 18- Ok, heres some serious news for anybody that is heading into Barrie for the show on
the 23rd. PREPARE YOUR SELF FOR THE SUMMERSAULT CARNIVAL VILLAGE!
Our Lady Peace is pleased to introduce the Summersault Carnival Village, unlike any other festival village seen before. The Summersault festival village is an interactive array of activities that brings the festival village component to a whole new plateau, and guarantees that fans will leave Molson Park Summersault '98 with a vibe they cannot shake. August 15- Well we've been sort of negligent over the past few weeks. Concentrating on
reovating and other things, that we've missed some VERY important news.
Duncan reported in the Cracks in the Pavement that OLP may be experimenting with some new material for
the next album at Summersault! Canadians on the east coast will finally get to hear Eternal Life LIVE
(apart from the lucky bastards in Sault Ste. Marie). Also more bands have been added to the dates at
Summersault heres the lineup for each city:

The Memorabilia section is also up now. If you have anything to submit please don't hesitate to send it in. Although its a little skimpy right now we hope to have it overflowing with in a few months. | August 14 - Well here is part of the new look OLP.NET! We will be renovating the next week or so. I hope everyone likes the changes we are making. We have realized our viewing abilities in browsers under 4.0 are very limited and we want to fix that. We will be offereing two main pages one for newer browsers and one for older browsers. However you won't be given a choice between the two, as soon as you type in our url a script application will determine what browser you're in and take you to the appropiate page. Thus making OLP.NET an enjoyable experience for all. I hope you all can enjoy the changes and give us a bit of a break while we fix things up a little. |

August 12 - In our ongoing effort to become your one-stop OLP shop on the web, we will be
adding a memorabilia section.
We already have a substantial amount of ticket stubs and images already, but it wouldn't be complete with
out all of yours. So at this time we ask that anyone with setlists ticket stubs broken drum sticks etc.
from an OLP show to please send them in.
We have already gto some from the european shows, and we are anxious for other images. You will be given
full credit of course. Please dn't confuse this for a call for pictures. Ticket Stups signed covers etc.
