I think that we all act like not-ourselves from time to time. Sometimes you feel alone, but yer not actually alone. You should probably find a close friend or adult that will actually listen to you. I guess it's not exactly the right place to ask for help. If yer really that bothered by it, talk to a counselor or something. But it actually sounds pretty normal to me. It sounds cliched, but it will probably help to tell someone you know, and not a bunch of OLP crazies (which includes myself)...Hope I could help...
